IO Pipelines is a Canadian company that operates iopipelines.com and the PipelineX platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you visit our website or contact us, and how we comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the contact or demo-request form, we collect: name, work email address, company name, job title, and any message you include. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to keep you informed about PipelineX.
Usage data
Our web server logs standard access information: IP address (anonymized), browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access. We may use web analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools do not identify you as an individual.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies necessary for the site to operate. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.
